Manager, Cybersecurity Solutions

Position Responsibilities:Lead cybersecurity engineering and operations for on-premises, software as a service, platform as a service, cloud infrastructure, storage, systems, and network environments. Lead the team in developing cybersecurity operations runbooks and playbooks that define best practices for operational excellence and ensure service delivery adheres to documented standardsDevelop cybersecurity operations strategies and best practices that enable digital business requirements Lead the creation and delivery of cybersecurity measures that protect infrastructure security, health, and performancePerform oversight of internal teams and managed service providers that support cybersecurity operationsPartner with senior information technology and business leaders to align security initiatives and roadmaps with enterprise technology strategiesOther projects or duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or a related technical discipline and 6 plus years of experience implementing and operating cybersecurity tools and processes, managing on-premise or outsourced IT operations with 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 9 plus years of experience in IT infrastructure (servers/workstation), networking, or security operations and 5 plus years of leadership experienceDemonstrated leadership across complex business and IT organizationsDemonstrated leadership building and managing high-performing teamsAbility to provide technical leadership and guidance for operational security support and administrationPreferred Education and Experience:Master’s DegreeExperience leading a security operations team in multiple business unit environmentsExperience leading organizational and cultural change initiativesExperience supporting a global IT security environmentSecurity-related experience designing/implementing/administrating Enterprise solutionsBenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
