Our growing practice has an opportunity for a compassionate, reliable, and goal driven licensed dental assistant. The ideal candidate will have a calm, reassuring, and friendly personality. Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room by sanitizing and maintaining a sterile environment stocked appropriately, including supplies, instruments, and materials.
• Prepare patient for treatment or exam.
• Perform necessary X‑rays.
• Assist in providing patient care by handing instruments and materials as needed to the dentist.
• Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPAA standards.
• Adhere to strict safety guidelines and procedures to OSHA and office standards.

Qualifications

• Documentation of Minnesota Dental Assistant License.
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Self‑starter and quick learner.
• Positive attitude, friendly, and compassionate.
• Flexible.
• Understanding of computer software programs.
• Strong attention to detail.
