Responsibilities Prepare treatment room by sanitizing and maintaining a sterile environment stocked appropriately, including supplies, instruments, and materials. Prepare patient for treatment or exam. Perform necessary X‑rays. Assist in providing patient care by handing instruments and materials as needed to the dentist. Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPAA standards. Adhere to strict safety guidelines and procedures to OSHA and office standards. Qualifications Documentation of Minnesota Dental Assistant License. Friendly, professional, and outgoing. Reliable and punctual. Self‑starter and quick learner. Positive attitude, friendly, and compassionate. Flexible. Understanding of computer software programs. Strong attention to detail.
