Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:
• Lead new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement activities to ensure a positive employee experience


• Support recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent across the organization


• Administer employee benefits programs, maintain employee records, and assist with HR compliance initiatives


• Manage safety documentation, OSHA reporting, and related administrative requirements


• Support payroll administration including payroll changes, reporting, benefit deductions, COBRA administration, and eventual payroll processing responsibilities
Qualifications for the HR Generalist:
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience with a strong background in benefits administration and employee relations


• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and HR compliance activities


• Bachelor's degree preferred; Paychex experience is a plus
