Steel Tool & Engineering is hiring a full-time CNC Operations Supervisor to lead our machining team. Does that sound like you? If so, and you meet the following criteria, we want you as our CNC Operations Supervisor!5+ years of CNC machining experience with strong G-code knowledgeLeadership experience in manufacturingAbility to read blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawingsStrong problem-solving skills for machining, tooling, and programming issuesProficiency with measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMMsFamiliarity with CNC controls such as Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, or similarBasic computer skills for documentation and ERP systemsAbility to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periodsDAY-TO-DAYIn this role, you'll oversee daily CNC operations, assign tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency. You'll set up, program, and operate CNC machines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality standards. You'll mentor operators, collaborate with engineering, and keep production running smoothly while enforcing safety and promoting a clean, organized environment.Ready to take the next step?
