Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant Real Estate organization in the Inland Empire is looking for a Staff Accountant to be an integral part of the Accounting Team. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting the Controller with the day-to‑day, monthly and year‑end operations of the property accounting department. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their accounting knowledge and skill set while working for a company with a clear and defined vision. Day to day tasks include: Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations. Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closing process. Expense reporting Bank reconciliations Assisting with preparing of financial statements and management reports Performing other accounting, financial and/or administrative tasks required from time to time by senior management Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting, business with emphasis in accounting or finance is required; must be from an accredited college or university A minimum of 1-2 years experience in accounting is required Must be highly skilled in use of Excel, experience with Yardi is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr MRINetwork
