I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of five. Before opening the agency, I worked for Prudential Bank and later in construction. I'm a graduate of Cal State Long Beach, enjoy hunting, training dogs, and spending time on my farm, and family is an important part of my life. Our agency is built on professionalism, respect, and doing right by our customers. We believe in treating people the way we'd want to be treated and creating an environment where everyone can succeed. Our agency offers a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, PTO, paid holidays, and an annual performance bonus. We believe in rewarding hard work and supporting our team's long-term success. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dave Milloy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
