Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative educational team
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for school-age children
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and achieve educational goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and other team planning sessions
