People Systems Analyst II, Workday

People Systems Analyst II, Workday Pay Range: $42.41 - $63.62. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40. Work location: On-site only. Responsibilities Effective administration, configuration, installation, provisioning, monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure availability, capacity and performance of infrastructure systems. Collaborate with peers and manager on operational tasks, system enhancements and project activities. Administer and adjust business process steps to ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions. Document requirements, business processes and system workflows. Escalate service requests that require higher levels of technical support. Provide general assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Workday. Support team members and advise on best practices and problem resolution. Create and maintain general documentation, including job aids and desktop procedures for end users. Develop innovative solutions within existing functionality to address emerging needs. Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Workday. Contribute to the development and maintenance of Workday business processes and analytics to support functional areas. Provide end‑user support and training, ensuring team members are equipped to effectively use Workday and its features. Provide one‑on‑one guidance to team members to accelerate user acceptance and familiarity with Workday. Assist in designing and implementing new functionalities. Recommend, implement, and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the Workday system. Troubleshoot intermediate issues or problems related to workflow and business process functions regularly. Support assigned Workday module(s) and apply knowledge to maintain effective system utilization and accuracy. Perform root cause analysis and exercise appropriate problem‑management strategies. Act as escalation point for user‑reported issues. Provide training to end users, HR professionals and managers on Workday system usage, best practices and new features. Experience supporting basic Workday configuration across one or more modules, including Compensation, Integrations, Talent Management & Skills, Recruiting, Learning, or AI agents. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including, but not limited to, BSA regulations corresponding to specific job duties. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience required. 3‑5 years of prior relevant experience required. Workday Pro Certification in one or more areas required.
