Cannabis Harvest/Post Harvest Specialist

We are seeking a Harvest/Post-Harvest Specialist to join our team in the cannabis industry! If you’re a motivated, reliable, and hard-working individual who can take on a variety of tasks, we want you. This is a hands‑on role that requires someone who is ready to stay active all day, lead by example, and work in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately weigh out cannabis products Grind marijuana to meet specific quality standards Run joint rolling machines to produce high‑quality cannabis joints Package products efficiently and accurately Take on a variety of post‑harvest tasks to ensure smooth workflow Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment Lead by example, supporting and motivating team members Qualifications Must have an OLCC permit Must be able to stand, bend and lift for 8 hours a day. Strong work ethic with the ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout your shift A versatile "jack of all trades" who enjoys tackling a variety of tasks Reliable, punctual, and accountable with a strong sense of responsibility Experience in the cannabis industry Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards Team‑oriented with the ability to work independently when needed Must be able to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail Why Work with Us?
