What You Will Do

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and NodeJS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Implement backend services and APIs using Python and PostgreSQL.

Troubleshoot and optimize application performance to enhance user experience.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Ideal Candidate Background

Proven experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on React and NodeJS.

Proficiency in Python and experience with PostgreSQL databases.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative team environments.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality software.

Preferred

Experience with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.

Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and regulations.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $110K to $170K, complemented by equity options between 0.1% and 1%. This company offers a vibrant work environment and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry.
