Job Description

A Desktop Support position providing technical assistance to staff, managing computer hardware/software, and resolving network issues. Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop systems, printers, and peripheral devices to ensure high-quality support. They are running a large project for their lifecycle refresh of 1200 devices. They will have 3000 phone devices that need to be replaced by end of year ahead of their Windows 12 migration. Technicians will support both day to day tickets and scope and begin the phone refresh project alongside the lifecycle refresh.

This is a Contract position based out of Petoskey, MI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Petoskey,MI.
