You will wear many hats during the construction and commissioning phases of the project, and ease into your steady role over time. Job Summary The Production Operator I needs to be a dependable self-starter with a desire to grow and succeed. Oversees operation of processing equipment and processes. Makes routine tests and observes, charts, and determines when process is complete. Works safely with batch processing equipment to produce high quality coatings products. Essential Duties * Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain Accurate Production Records

Qualifications Required * H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) High school diploma or GED is required * 0-2 years related manufacturing experience General Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Communication skills - proficient in written, verbal, and listening skills
• Demonstrated willingness to be actively involved in day to day Plant

activities * Familiarity with Safety activities, safe behavior observations, and team activities Qualifications Preferred

• Production Operations/Manufacturing experience
• Paint/Coating batch processing experience
