Salary Range: $385,000 to $575,000

Please be aware that the final compensation may differ within this range, depending on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and considerations of internal equity.

Our organization is looking for a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to become part of our growing Milford Urology team at Milford Regional Medical Center. This position has been created in response to significant regional demand and a well-established network of referrals.

The role provides a well-rounded combination of inpatient and outpatient care in a collaborative, community-focused environment, enhanced by advanced surgical technology and a robust clinical framework.

• Community-oriented practice with a strong volume of referrals.

• Focus on general urology, including men's health, stone disease, women's urologic care, and limited oncology.

• Collaborative team environment with 2 urologists and 2 Physician Assistants (no resident supervision).

• Strong surgical and clinical support infrastructure.

• High surgical activity anticipated: over 900 OR procedures projected for 2025 at Milford Regional.

• Milford Regional Medical Center - a highly regarded community hospital.

• Modern operating rooms equipped with three robotic systems.

• Dedicated surgical Physician Assistant support and 24/7 hospital coverage.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.

• Welcoming both new graduates and seasoned physicians.

• Comfortable with a broad scope of general urology.
