o Night Shift – 4 rn, 1-2 pca, 0-2 sitter
Patient Ratios – maximum 6:1

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Acute med/surg experience 1 years within the last year
Ability to care for 4-6 patients at a time
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
2 years experience working Neuro Pt s CVA s, TIA s, AMS,
Would prefer RN's w/neuro/neuro-surgery or ortho background preferred. Med/Surg/Telemetry background would suffice.

Care of med/surg pt s
Standard nursing skills: IV insertions, urinary catheter insertion/maintenance, central line maintenance; medication administration; communication with all members of care team; documentation in EHR, Continuous Bladder Irrigation, NGT insertion/maintenance,
