Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME)

The Occupational Health Supervisor duties include but are not limited to:
- The Occupational Health Supervisor assesses, diagnoses, and treats work related injury or illness with an ongoing emphasis on planning and evaluating strategies for prevention and risk reduction.
- Provides direct supervision to Occupational Health Staff (MD/APRN and Program Support Assistant)
- The physician may provide limited primary care for non-work related illnesses such as blood pressure checks, smoking cessation interventions, or brief counseling on stress management to enable the employee to remain on the job, if possible, and to reduce the risk of spreading communicable diseases to other staff and/or patients.
- The incumbent also conducts pre-placement physicals to determine potential employees' fitness for duty, completes fitness for duty exams on existing employees, and makes recommendations to Human Resources regarding the need for restrictions or accommodations.
- The physician works collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to provide quality care, patient education, participate in research activities, and assist employees in acute and chronic rehabilitation techniques.
- Other tasks and responsibilities include conducting comprehensive histories and physicals, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, initiating and adjusting therapeutic regimens, initiating consults and referrals, prescribing medications, and serving as a Medical Review Officer (MRO).
- The provider will use best available standards and maintain up-to-date skills related to clinical medicine related to the specialty of Occupational Health Care.
- The Primary Care Physician provides leadership necessary to maintain an effective and productive workforce and ensures a continuous flow and exchange of information between employees.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
