Full-Time Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) AllStar Therapies Full-Time Join the AllStar Therapies Team! AllStar Therapies is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide exceptional in-home therapy services. This rewarding position offers the opportunity to help patients regain independence and safely remain in their homes while delivering one-on-one, patient-centered care. Responsibilities Evaluate patients in their homes and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care Assess and improve patients' ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) Recommend adaptive equipment, home modifications, and safety strategies Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency, state, federal, and Medicare guidelines Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, case managers, and the interdisciplinary care team Participate in care conferences and discharge planning as needed Qualifications Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Home health experience preferred, but not required Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Ability to work independently while managing a flexible daily schedule Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills CPR certification preferred Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Flexible scheduling Mileage reimbursement Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Continuing education opportunities Supportive leadership and collaborative clinical team Why Join AllStar Therapies?
