The Restoration Business Development professional drives growth by acquiring new clients and developing strategic partnerships within the restoration industry. This role focuses on targeting restoration projects such as water and fire damage restoration, mold remediation, disaster recovery, and abatement. Working within a small team, the role requires market analysis, sales strategy implementation, and coordination of projects with occasional travel. Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot is essential for managing leads and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients by identifying and targeting restoration project opportunities
- Conduct market analysis to inform sales strategies and identify growth areas
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to restoration services
- Generate and qualify leads using HubSpot and other sales tools
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand business prospects
- Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and close deals
- Coordinate project details between clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery
- Must have existing book business
