On-Site Services Specialist Immediate need for a talented On-Site Services Specialist. Managed Services Onsite. Job ID: 26-32200 Pay Range: $16.59 - $18/hour. Key Responsibilities: Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing work. Manage high-volume scanners and utilize image handling software. Conduct daily inspections of convenience copiers to ensure proper functioning and quality. Maintain records for management reports and inventory supplies. Distribute office supplies, mail, and fax transmissions to designated locations. Respond to service calls and coordinate customer requests effectively. Perform filing duties, including purging and archiving documents. Ensure the upkeep of copier areas and assist in shipping/receiving materials. Utilize various office equipment including shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, and bindery equipment. Deliver completed jobs to customer locations and maintain daily logs. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Some related copy job experience is preferred. Valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage may be required. Demonstrated competency in basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite. Technical aptitude with printers, copy, and postage machines. Strong customer service and organizational skills.
