Registered Nurse (RN)

Signature HealthCARE, a family-based healthcare company operating across multiple states, is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct, compassionate care to patients and residents at our Hartford Rehab & Wellness Center. We offer a $10,000 sign‑on bonus, full‑time day shifts of 12 hours, increased base pay rates, and an hourly rate up to $42.17. Job Responsibilities Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents maintaining the highest degree of quality. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by the Director of Nursing. Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility. Qualifications Possess an active RN license in the state of residence. Current/active CPR Certification. Customer service oriented with ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
