Responsibilities Be Our On-Site Problem Solver Diagnose and repair various equipment at customer locations, including coffee makers, juice dispensers, dishwashers, and laundry machines Keep accurate records Grow your skills through ongoing training and hands-on experience Equipment Care Expert Maintain and update company equipment to ensure top performance Perform regular preventative maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns Track parts usage to help manage our inventory Keep your service van clean, organized, and ready for action Safety First Champion Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, from repairs to driving Be open to coaching and feedback to continually improve safety practices Communicate any safety concerns promptly to the Service Manager Customer Service Star Deliver exceptional service with a smile and a professional appearance Approach every interaction with respect and a solution-oriented mindset Bring a positive attitude and team spirit to work every day #J-18808-Ljbffr Martin Bros.
