Resident Services Case Manager - Housing and Family Support

Foundation Communities is seeking a Case Manager for The Loretta in Austin, TX. You will oversee a caseload of 10–20 families in the Children’s HOME Initiative, coordinating services with managers, learning center staff, and resident services teams to break cycles of poverty. You’ll advocate for clients, provide trauma-informed support, and help navigate 2Gen programs, while coordinating education and housing resources within a supportive, multidisciplinary team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Foundation Communities Inc
