Lab Technician II

Our client, a leading beauty and personal care company, is seeking a Lab Technician / Chemist to join their team. As a Lab Technician / Chemist, you will be part of the Research & Development team supporting formulation and quality testing groups. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Lab Technician / Chemist Location: Clark, NJ Pay Range: $22–$25/hour (W2), 6-month contract What’s the Job? Perform formulation and batching activities using raw materials Maintain accurate electronic lab documentation and batch records Conduct batch qualification based on physical and chemical specifications Perform and track stability testing, reporting any issues promptly Coordinate testing requests with cross-functional teams What’s Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field 4–6 years of laboratory experience Experience with formulation, batching, or stability testing Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to follow lab safety and compliance standards What’s in it for me?
