Duties Represent clients in all stages of the foreclosure process, including contested foreclosures. Conduct comprehensive reviews of conditions precedent to filing actions. Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence. Perform legal research and analysis of statutes, case law, and regulatory requirements. Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel. Update internal client systems with findings and recommendations. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure requirements. Requirements Admission to the Illinois State Bar. Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Experience with electronic case management systems preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads. Education & Certifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Admission to the Illinois State Bar. Skills Meticulous analytical skills and attention to detail. Exceptional organizational skills.
