WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Warehouse ManagerS&S Firestone, one of the nation's largest independent tire distributors, is urgently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager. This role oversees all aspects of warehouse and distribution, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, staff supervision, and coordination with third-party logistics. Oversee receiving, shipping, inventory, routes, and bin management. Ensure productivity, safety, and security of the warehouse location. Schedule and coordinate shipping/receiving to optimize efficiency and cut costs. Assist and oversee loading/unloading, returns, and shipment documentation. Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and issue resolution.Supervise warehouse staff: Scheduling, training, and performance. Enforce safety standards and support monthly safety audits. Oversee maintenance of equipment and cleanliness of the warehouse. Must be able to lift and/or move tires with or without mechanical assistance Must be willing and able to operate all warehouse related equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
