Required Skills:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Valid medical license to practice in the state
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Proven experience in adult primary care practice
• Strong clinical skills with excellent diagnostic and decision-making abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic health record systems, especially Epic
• Prior experience in a clinic setting
• Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
• Familiarity with healthcare quality improvement initiatives

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in outpatient adult primary care
• Prior Epic training or readiness to complete Epic certification

Other Requirements:

• Must submit provider to the location closest to their home for optimal patient relationships
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Successful completion of Epic training (training occurs bi-weekly, 8 am to 4:30 pm) after credentialing and before start date
• Willingness to undergo background checks, credentialing, and licensing requirements
• Flexibility to accommodate travel or additional reimbursements as applicable
