Sanitation Manager

Job Summary GPAC has partnered with a growing food manufacturing company in the Southwestern New Jersey area looking to add a Sanitation Manager to their leadership team. This highly visible role is inside a SQF/BRC audited bakery manufacturing environment, overseeing sanitation operations, food safety compliance, environmental programs, and audit readiness across the facility. The company continues to invest in operations and leadership growth following recent expansion efforts and is looking for a strong leader who can drive accountability, compliance, and sanitation performance. Responsibilities Lead sanitation operations across shifts Manage MSS execution, SSOPs, and sanitation validation Drive SQF, BRC, FDA, USDA, and OSHA compliance Oversee environmental monitoring programs and allergen control Prepare for and lead third‑party audits Partner closely with QA and Operations leadership Train and develop sanitation teams Qualifications 5+ years of sanitation leadership experience within food manufacturing Strong understanding of SQF/BRC and food safety systems Bakery, dairy, frozen food, or high‑care manufacturing experience preferred Experience with environmental monitoring and allergen programs HACCP and PCQI strongly preferred Bilingual in Spanish preferred Compensation & Perks $75K–$115K base salary DOE Highly visible leadership role Growth opportunity within an expanding organization Stable food manufacturing environment Immediate interviews available Application Instructions For immediate confidential consideration, send your resume to Teresa Franco directly at View phone number on click.appcast.io or email View email address on click.appcast.io.
