This job assumes responsibility for preparing financial reports and performing financial analysis, performs month-end functions and reviews variances. Completes special projects as assigned by department leadership and participates in quality improvement initiatives to improve work processes and customer satisfaction. Education Required - High School diploma or equivalent Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Work Experience Required - 2 years experience working with little supervision. Certifications Preferred - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or MBA Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information. Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals.
