Key Qualifications:

• Certification as an MLT (Medical Lab Technician) or Medical Technologist
• ASCP or MT certification required
• Proficiency in blood banking procedures
• Experience with phlebotomy techniques
• Strong commitment to accuracy, safety, and quality standards in a laboratory setting
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of laboratory tests and analyses according to established protocols
• Handle blood banking procedures, including specimen processing and cross-matching
• Perform phlebotomy as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Validate and report accurate laboratory results in a timely manner
