Land Acquisitions and Development Analyst

Overview LGI Homes is seeking a Land Acquisitions and Development Analyst in the Las Vegas area. The analyst will dive into the LGI Homes system and culture and contribute to multi‑million dollar development deals. Responsibilities The analyst will conduct all due diligence pre‑ and post‑contract for targeted properties and lots. They will meet with state, county, and city officials and engineers to gather all governmental regulations to ensure compliance. The analyst will maintain all due diligence materials, underwrite all acquisitions the LGI way, assist in the development of residential lots and land, maintain land budgets, monitor lot costs, update development and lot inventory logs, and obtain agency plat and plan approvals. Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year of relevant experience is highly preferred for this role. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary : $60,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience. Additional Compensation : 10% annual bonus opportunities.
