Occupational Therapist PRN Location: Live Oak, Texas As an Occupational Therapist (OT) with our skilled nursing facility, you will play a vital role in empowering our residents to achieve their highest level of personal independence. With a passion for helping others, you will develop personalized treatment plans to improve self-care, mobility, and meaningful tasks. Our collaborative team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Responsibilities Perform evaluations and design personalized treatment plans Help residents improve independence in self-care, mobility, and meaningful tasks Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, COTAs, nurses, and caregivers Document progress and outcomes clearly and thoroughly Educate patients, families, and staff on home programs and adaptive strategies Use your creativity to make therapy functional and fun Requirements Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT license in Texas Passion for working with older adults Strong communication and teamwork skills SNF or geriatric experience is a plus—but we’re open to new grads!
