Responsibilities for a Membership Transition Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Process membership cancellations, agreement changes, and refunds using Oracle, SFDC, and SalesOptima while meeting strict timelines

• Maintain accurate member records, data entry, and documentation in shared drives and tracking systems

• Respond to member inquiries related to cancellations, billing, and refunds while providing strong customer service

• Support team operations by handling FBC+ cancellations and financial transactions with accuracy

Candidates for Membership Transition Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Minimum 1 year of general accounting experience using QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar systems

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, problem-solving, and documentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry, and record keeping

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
