Regional Property Management Coach & Trainer

RPM Living seeks a boots-on-the-ground coaching professional to drive operational performance across a portfolio of properties. You will enable on-site teams and regional leadership to use KPIs and BI reporting to inform decisions and shape a performance strategy. The role is hybrid, based in Austin or San Antonio, with travel up to 30%. You will partner with training, deploy onboarding cohorts, coach managers, and contribute to continuous learning and platform rollouts to raise performance #J-18808-Ljbffr RPM Living
