Must Have:

5+ years Embedded C + Embedded Linux
Strong OpenWrt development: build system, packages, UCI, init scripts
OpenSync / OVSDB , protobuf, MQTT
WiFi + Linux networking
routing, IPv4/IPv6, DHCP, netfilter, bridges
LTE/5G modem integration
AT commands, QMI/MBIM, wwan/rmnet
CPE/Residential Gateway/Router experience
GDB, strace, tcpdump, kernel debugging
Event-driven programming ( libev/libuv
TLS/mTLS, X.509 xhyhwjd , GRE/IPsec/VPN
Git/GitLab, CI/CD, cross-compilation

Strong Plus: Qualcomm IPQ / Broadcom / Atheros, WiFi drivers, DOCSIS, PCIe/USB, eSIM, 5G NSA/SA, TR-069/TR-369/TR-181, BSP/hardware bring-up.
