Overview As a Showroom Administrator you will ensure all showroom administration is maintained in line with company procedures while delivering exceptional client service. You will support daily operations including stock control, end-of-day paperwork and system management to uphold audit and security standards. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, service-focused approach. Responsibilities Maintain showroom administrative processes in line with company procedures Manage stock control, end-of-day paperwork and banking accuracy Handle enquiries and orders efficiently and accurately Manage internal stock and repair systems per audit requirements Ensure quality housekeeping and setup of admin areas Answer and direct telephone enquiries and support colleagues Deliver an exceptional client experience through professional presentation and service Complete required e-learning and training Qualifications Watch product knowledge Visual merchandising skills Strong planning and organisational skills IT literate with experience using internal systems Flexible, adaptable and motivated with a proactive attitude Excellent interpersonal and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
