The Role The Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for handling order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping logistics to ensure accurate and timely distribution. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and the ability to maintain organized stock levels. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. Process shipments and ensure timely deliveries. Receive and stock inventory, ensuring proper organization and storage. Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain stock levels. Enter purchase orders and verify incoming shipments for accuracy. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management principles. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified). Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies. Work closely with the fulfillment and logistics teams to optimize shipping efficiency. What You Bring Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience (Preferred). Ability to lift and move heavy products (up to 50 lbs). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
