Job Summary

Xray Technologist – XRAY TECH. This part-time travel assignment supports diagnostic imaging services across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, intensive care, and operating room settings. The role includes routine radiography, fluoroscopy, portable imaging, and C-arm procedures while serving patients across the lifespan.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Registered radiologic technologist certification (ARRT R); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; compact license in hand at submission; at least 1 year of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Community hospital experience.
• Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM, 10-hour shifts, with a listed minimum of 40 hours per week; block scheduling and 1-3 on-call days per month are required.
• Responsibilities: Perform routine radiology examinations, fluoroscopy examinations in imaging and surgical settings, portable X-ray procedures, and C-arm procedures. Responsibilities may include contrast media preparation and administration.
• Clinical Scope: Patient care may include neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Common examinations include abdominal, chest, spine, extremity, skull, pelvis, and portable studies.
