Key Responsibilities\n

• Individual and Family Therapy: Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, addressing issues such as relationship dynamics, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and behavioral concerns.

• Comprehensive Assessment and Diagnosis: Perform thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop customized treatment plans catered to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Evidence-Based Therapeutic Interventions: Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Structural Family Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, adapting methods to meet diverse client needs.

• Collaboration: Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring a holistic approach to client treatment.

• Documentation: Maintain precise clinical documentation in compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines, ethical standards, and organizational protocols.

• Crisis Intervention: Offer immediate support and intervention services to clients in distress, ensuring their safety and stability during critical moments.

• Supervision: If applicable, provide mentorship and guidance to interns or less experienced therapists, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
