Personal Injury Paralegal

Corradino & Partners, LLC is a New Jersey plaintiff's personal injury law firm representing individuals injured through the negligence of others. Our practice includes motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites, construction accidents, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and related personal injury matters. We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to independently manage plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Clifton, New Jersey. Responsibilities Independently manage plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement, with attorney guidance as needed Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, experts, and third parties Obtain, organize, and review medical records, bills, police reports, insurance information, and other case-related documentation Prepare correspondence, authorizations, demands, discovery responses, settlement documentation, and other case-related documents Coordinate medical treatment, depositions, independent medical examinations, expert appointments, and other case-related events Maintain accurate case information, deadlines, calendars, and documentation within the firm\'s case management system Proactively move cases forward, identify issues requiring attention, and help resolve them before they become delays Assist attorneys with litigation support, settlement preparation, and trial preparation as needed Maintain organized, complete, and well-documented files throughout the life of each case Qualifications Demonstrated experience independently managing plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple active files while consistently meeting deadlines Experience working with legal case management and document management systems Professional, client-focused approach and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with Filevine, Litify, SmartAdvocate, Needles, or comparable legal case management platforms Experience preparing demand packages, settlement documentation, and litigation support materials Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred. What We're Looking For Our paralegals are expected to take ownership of their caseloads, not simply perform isolated administrative tasks. This is not a segmented role supported by legal secretaries. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing cases from beginning to end, communicating directly with clients and providers, making day-to-day decisions, and knowing when attorney involvement is appropriate.
