Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through engaging live video consultations with clients, focusing on a range of emotional disorders. \n
- Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers to formulate and execute comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. \n
- Utilize self-assessment tools and functional improvement measures to continuously monitor and adjust treatment strategies effectively. \n
- Maintain organized and timely clinical documentation, leveraging our portal's digital tools for seamless record-keeping. \n
- Provide therapeutic support for individuals aged 13 and older, as well as couples, employing various evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and emotionally focused therapy. \n
- Uphold a commitment to measurement-based care, ensuring that all interventions are data-driven and goal-oriented. \n
- Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations and best practices for patient privacy and data security. \n
- Engage in consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team as needed to enhance clinical practice and address complex cases. \n
You will primarily work with adults and adolescents (ages 13 and up) dealing with various mental health issues, promoting their emotional well-being through effective therapeutic practices. Athena's Hope emphasizes treating clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring that care is both culturally competent and responsive to individual needs.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required. \n
- An active State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory. \n
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary therapeutic environment. \n
