Description
American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist - Certified for a night shift inpatient position requiring 2+ years of experience and RRT preferred.
Details
- Inpatient setting covering ED, ICU, PCU, Pre-OP, behavioral health, med/surg, level 2 nursery and peds units
- Night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts, three shifts per week
- Every other weekend required
- Floating within scope to other like units required
- Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
Requirements
- RRT preferred
- Active IL license required if applicable
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA only)
- NRP certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the specialty required
- Some pediatric experience required; please note in resume
- 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required
Additional Information
- Provide respiratory therapy services across a variety of inpatient units including critical care, peds, and behavioral health
- 50-mile radius rule applies with no exceptions
- RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration
