About The Role As a Key Holder, also known as a “Floor Leader,” you’ll take on an essential Retail Leadership role, contributing to store operations and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional customer service. In this entry‑level management role you’ll oversee daily operations, support sales goals, and help maintain the store’s premium shopping environment. Responsibilities Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer walks away with the perfect choice. Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals. Keep the store looking its best by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise, including lifting and carrying shoes and boxes (occasionally up to 50 pounds). Maintain a professional appearance throughout most of your shift. Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately processing payments and ensuring customers leave with a great final impression. Stay informed on Skechers’ latest footwear, apparel, and accessories, sharing product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales. Collaborate with other employees to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards. Qualifications Eager to deliver top‑notch customer service in an entry‑level retail role. Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals. Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities. Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability. Excited to represent the Skechers brand with energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency. High‑school diploma or equivalent preferred; not required. Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential. Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
