Outpatient PT on California’s Central Coast.

Expa is partnering with Movement For Life to find a full-time Physical Therapist in San Luis Obispo. Movement For Life is a 100% employee-owned outpatient physical therapy group with deep roots across California, Arizona, North Carolina, and Virginia.

• Strong CE support. Therapists are reimbursed up to $1,500 annually for continuing education and receive access to MedBridge for online CE courses.
• Student loan assistance. Movement For Life reimburses up to $1,800 per year , or $150 per month , toward PT school loans.
• Healthcare support. Movement For Life offers health, vision, and dental plans and contributes $325 per month , or $3,900 per year , toward monthly healthcare costs.
• Retirement and ownership benefits. Profit sharing and employee stock ownership programs have historically contributed 6% to 10% of annual compensation into retirement accounts, with a 401(k) option also available once eligible.

What you will do

• Evaluate and treat a varied outpatient caseload
• Build personalized care plans based on each patient’s goals
• Guide patients from first visit through recovery
• Use hands-on care, exercise, education, and clinical reasoning to improve function
• Collaborate with other clinicians and specialists across the Movement For Life team
• Continue building your skills through mentorship, CE, residency, and specialty support

What Movement For Life is looking for

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Active or pending California PT license
• New grads and experienced therapists both welcome
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, sports, manual therapy, or specialty care
• A patient-centered mindset and desire for long-term clinical growth
