We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and add immediate value! This is a position that is heavy on travel, supporting our many high-profile customers. This position is ideal for a hands-on construction owner and should have very strong knowledge of multiple construction trades to be able to train and develop crews and crew supervisors as needed. Compensation:

$65,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities:

• This is a hands-on role where all employees, regardless of title, actively contribute on job sites.
• Ensure each job is completed on schedule with a goal of zero punch items.
• Recruit, train, and manage subcontractors and crew supervisors.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.
• Manage and execute construction projects from planning to completion.

Qualifications:

• Ability to travel extensively as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of construction terminology, estimating, scheduling, and reading construction documents.
• Exemplary leadership skills with the ability to develop and train teams.
• Strong technical skills across all construction trades.
