In this SAP AI Transformation role, you’ll contribute to Agentic ERP transformations that help clients advance toward the autonomous enterprise. Combining SAP expertise with AI-enabled delivery approaches, cross-functional collaboration, and industry insight, you’ll help address complex business challenges and create measurable client impact. Work you’ll do As a Consultant in Deloitte’s SAP practice, with a focus on SAP Data and Analytics, you will work side by side with functional and technical client team members to rapidly prototype and deliver high-impact solutions that support Agentic ERP transformations. With Deloitte Ascend, you’ll leverage AI accelerators and SAP capabilities to help clients modernize business processes and advance toward the autonomous enterprise. This role requires a highly motivated professional who moves with speed and precision, builds practical solutions, and engages confidently with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to help generate measurable business impact. Support SAP Data & Analytics workstreams, coordinating milestones, dependencies, risks, team responsibilities, and quality across delivery teams. Translate complex business questions into data models, semantic layers, reusable data products, and analytics solutions. Support client workshops that translate business needs into practical, scalable designs and validate insights with client stakeholders. Design and deliver solutions using SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA embedded analytics, and SAP HANA Cloud. Contribute to repeatable patterns for data acquisition, integration, transformation, modeling, reporting, and performance management across SAP and non-SAP environments. Analyze data to identify meaningful business insights, improve data quality and process performance, and support informed client decisions. Contribute to proposals and reusable assets, share knowledge with team members, and help advance Deloitte’s SAP Data & Analytics capabilities. Our teams combine industry knowledge, functional experience, and technology capabilities to support first-time implementations, business-led enhancements, and large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs. Professionals in the practice work with leading organizations across industries to modernize operations, improve process performance, and unlock value through cloud, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree; or an associate degree and 4+ years of SAP, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or consulting experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. 2+ years of experience in SAP consulting, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, or SAP/ERP technology transformation in a consulting or industry environment. Experience supporting at least one full-lifecycle SAP implementation from project initiation through go-live and hypercare and experience supporting an SAP S/4HANA implementation. 1+ year of hands-on functional or technical experience with SAP Data & Analytics toolsets, including one or more of the following: SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or Joule copilot/SAC compass. Experience implementing or configuring SAP data and analytics solutions—such as data integration, data or semantic modeling, dashboards, reporting, or planning—using SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, or S/4HANA embedded analytics. Experience working directly with client stakeholders to gather or validate data and analytics inputs. Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred: Experience applying AI tools—including generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, conversational AI, or AI agents—to enterprise transformation initiatives, such as solution design, implementation, or testing. Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA embedded analytics, SAP HANA Cloud modeling, SAP Databricks, Business Data Cloud Connect, SAP Smart Data Integration, SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), or Datasphere replication flows. Experience supporting SAP cloud programs or SAP transformations deployed across multiple countries. Experience applying SAP Activate, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies on SAP implementation programs. Experience contributing to proposals, estimates, solution designs, or client presentations; or coaching and mentoring junior team members. One or more SAP certifications, such as SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere/BW/4HANA, or SAP Analytics Cloud. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $82,600 to $162,800.
