The LPN directs resident care; collaborates with physicians, residents and multi-disciplinary team members; provides physical and psychological support to residents, families and team members. Shifts: Part-time nights on Assisted Living, 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m., Week 1: Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday; on holiday rotation Part-time evenings on Assisted Living, 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m., every other weekend and on holiday rotation Pay: Starting from $28.00 (Based on experience) and $3.00 2nd and 3rd shift differentials R** esponsibilities Communicating a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for elders Recognizing the autonomy and dignity of all elders Understanding how to place decision-making in the hands of the elders Focusing on providing high-quality service and care Qualifications Education: Graduate of approved nursing program Licensure: Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long term care experience preferred
