Culture is everything to us! We're not looking to fill a revolving door, we're looking for people who want to become part of a real team. People who show up for one another, take pride in their work, and care about creating a great experience for our clients.

We believe the people who do great work should have the opportunity to grow. Some of our best cleaners have gone on to become trainers, team leads, and members of our leadership team. Those opportunities are real, and we're always looking for people who want to build something with us.

If you're tired of working somewhere that doesn't recognize your effort, we'd love to meet you.

What We Offer

• 5 days of paid training - no professional cleaning experience required; we'll teach you our system
• Equipment, supplies, and uniforms provided - just bring yourself and your vehicle
• Monday-Friday schedule - no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Mileage reimbursement - we help cover the cost of using your vehicle
• Flexible PTO - paid time off you can use when you need it
• 401(k) - available after one year
• Dental and vision insurance options available
• Employee rewards program - additional opportunities to earn for great work, mileage, and client reviews
• Trainer opportunities - a chance to grow beyond the cleaner role

We look forward to seeing your application!
