Healthcare Call Center Representative

Supporting Oklahoma's Medicaid program, the fully remote Healthcare Call Center Representative will handle customer inquiries related to healthcare services and benefits, ensuring accurate documentation and professional service in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Handle customer calls and provide accurate assistance with healthcare-related questions and services Research inquiries using available systems and resources to deliver timely resolutions Document customer interactions accurately and escalate complex issues as needed Required qualifications At least one year of experience in a high-volume call center or contact center environment Ability to assist customers while navigating multiple computer systems and documenting interactions Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, health insurance, or related fields is a plus but not required Must meet remote-work technology requirements, including a wired Ethernet connection and minimum internet speed of 150 Mbps Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment handling back-to-back calls
