School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a thriving school district near Cypress, Texas for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, school-based position offers the opportunity to work with either an elementary school or middle school caseload, supporting students with communication needs that impact academic achievement and social success.

This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working in educational settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and making a meaningful difference in students' lives.

Position Highlights:

•Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week
•School-year assignment: August 11, 2026 – May 19, 2027
•Elementary or middle school placement
•Collaborative special education and student services team
•Consistent school calendar and work schedule

•School-based therapy and intervention services

Responsibilities:

•Conduct speech-language evaluations, screenings, and assessments
•Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
•Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication disorders
•Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
•Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
•Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance records

Qualifications:

•Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
•Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility
•Strong communication and collaboration skills
•Knowledge of special education processes and IEP development
