Site Reliability Engineer II (SRE)

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain platforms for deployed software, including AWS accounts, networking, and Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop, configure, and maintain observability and monitoring tools such as Coralogix and Sentry.
• Develop, configure, and maintain software development and deployment tools, including GitHub Actions runners and ArgoCD.
• Write clean, efficient, documented code and improve existing systems and features.
• Own assigned problem statements, estimate work, balance effort and risk, and drive tasks to completion with guidance from senior engineers.
• Collaborate across engineering teams and communicate progress, blockers, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in an on-call schedule and contribute to team learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in infrastructure management or backend software development in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
• Technical expertise in one or more of Python, JavaScript, or Unix Shell.
• Experience deploying, monitoring, and scaling production workloads on AWS.
• General experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
• Comfort working in an operational environment, including on-call participation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
