Regional OnSite Specialist - Ann Arbor, MI

Regional OnSite Specialist position based in Brighton, Michigan, providing clinical surgical support and training to OnSite Specialists. Role involves managing minimally invasive surgical equipment, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring quality patient care across assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical surgical support by managing equipment across contracted account scopes
- Lead on-the-job training and onboarding for OnSite Specialists on products and processes
- Coordinate daily operations with OnSite leaders to assess staffing and training effectiveness
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and fill anticipated or unplanned staffing gaps
- Communicate account updates, escalations, and customer needs to leadership
Requirements
- High school diploma
- HSPA Certification, obtainable and maintainable
- Knowledge of minimally invasive surgical equipment and endoscopy devices
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Stryker Endoscopy equipment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Field-based availability with 80% travel
Compensation: $24.54–$33.68 USD hourly
